Direction Take Rt. 31 east out of Fairview. At the top of the canyon on Skyline Drive turn east to head towards Scofield on 264. Will pass Electric Lake and Mia Shalom girls camp - then next left in about 1.2 miles is the turnoff to Gooseberry Estates. There is no sign here. It is a big graveled area with some Forest Service information boards on the right about Red Salmon. Proceed down the road about a mile to the gate. Once in the gate stay on Gooseberry Canyon Road. Turn left on Brooks Canyon Road. About 1/2 way up the hill turn right on Hammer Way - the Hammer Way sign is VERY hard to see. There are 3 brown ID posts. One has 102 on it. First right is the driveway. The seller puts a log on the driveway that you will need to remove and put back. He has asked that you use 4WD to go up the driveway when you leave to not tear it up. Print maps to get to the property because your cell phone will not work.
